The history continues...

Creagh's Cottage was purchased by Dr David Yee, a Chinese Australian-born orthopaedic surgeon who operated the cottage as specialist orthopaedic clinic from 2015-2025. It was sold at auction to Dr Ramy Bishay in July 2025, a Sydney University graduate in endocrinology (Egyptian background but grew up in Canada) practicing in Western Sydney for over 15 years. His practice migrated from Westmead (Ashley Centre), along with three other endocrinologists, one nephrologist, one diabetes educator along with four admin staff. It was extensively renovated internally to make it fit for purpose, with new flooring, painting, electrical, lighting and other interior upgrades. Exterior preservation works to preserve the history of Creagh's Cottage was undertaken.
